This suite consists of two macros, 'header' and 'olrenderer', which will be stored in user.html.macros.header and user.html.renderers.olrenderer, respectively. Header is a macro for generating html header tags (<h1> - <h6>) along with several attributes, the most important of which is the possibility to generate a linked TOC (table of contents), which will be inserted at the top of the page. Olrenderer is a highly customizable renderer for creating ordered and unordered (or mixed) lists from outlines. It is used to render the TOC. Future versions of this suite will also include 'footer', a macro to create footnotes in a html document with a link to the footnote and a link back.
